2020 is an interesting year and we understand a lot of special events and weddings have had to postponed. A lot of you are looking for a smaller scale of event whether to celebrate your recent engagement, baby shower, baby’s first birthday, wedding and anniversary. We would like to create this special package called “Intimate Love”.
The Intimate Love package is for anyone who would like to have a smaller size of event. This can be easy and fun for you, your family and your guests.
For those of you have been impacted by the pandemic who couldn’t be married, this package is also perfect for you so you can be legally married soon.
We believe that everyone deserves to be happy, celebrate and create a beautiful memorable experience still during this time.
All you will need to provide is the home that serves as a venue whether it is your living room, a backyard or front yard. we follow the CDC guideline and would love to have you to keep the guest count under 15 and we will have approx. 3-5 vendors in total for your special day. You will be responsible for food, beverage and cake if you plan on having any.
Package Includes the Following:
- 30 min Consultation to discuss your needs and expectations
- Event day timeline from start to finish
- Professional wedding coordinator for your 2 weeks planning and up to (4) hours day of coordination
- 1 Virtual meeting to walk-thru the space
- Professional makeup and hair service for the bride
- 1 Bridal bouquet
- 1 Groom boutonniere
- 4 family flowers such as corsages or boutonnieres of your choice
- A simple backdrop with simple floral
- A legally ordinated officiant to conduct the ceremony service and signing the marriage license – 1 Photographer with 3 hours photography service
(Example of breakdown: 30 mins pre-wedding photo session, 30 mins ceremony session, remaining time for the post ceremony, friends and family gathering session) - Bluetooth speaker for music

How long in advance do I need to contact you guys to plan my event?
Great question! Please allow us 3-4 weeks to put everything altogether for you.
Can we customize this package by adding more things? Such as more flowers, centerpieces? One more hour of photography? Some rental items like tables and chairs? What is the approx. fee on that?
We try to keep our Initmate Love package as simple as possible, however we will be happy to discuss with you on what other servies and things that you will need for your special day. Yes, we can also contact our preferred rental company and have you set up a call with them to get your rental needs.
For example, if you are looking for some smaller centerpieces or personal flowers, it is around $80 for a small 5×5 centerpiece.
Additional photography service will be $250/hour
Are we able to take out some of the services that we don’t need?
We try to keep our Intimate Love package as simple as possible, we believe these are the services that will benefit your event day that you pay a minimal cost, and you will receive a great value in return. However, if you have less numbers of people who need personal flowers; we can always substitute something else such as a welcome table flower arrangement or 2 small cocktail table arrangements. You will have some nice flowers to display at home or on the reception table.
Why do you not offer catering service?
We would like you to be able to choose what you’d like to eat, some of the great options such as ordering Uber eat, Doordash and have everything to be delivered. Our goal is to keep things as simple as possible and maintain a low people capacity at your event. If you are looking for catering service, we can always recommend some of the great vendors that we have worked with.

Once we settled the contract via Honey Book and 50% deposit to save the date, we will work together immediately to set up your basic day of timeline, send over your vendor list, work on your personal flowers design, ceremony script and have one virtual walk-thru meeting leading up to your special day
